Over the past few years, several parties on the intellectual and formal arena have drawn some observations and ideas about the strategy of addressing the issue of women. Among those ideas a number of issues emerged to constitute special challenges, which should be addressed y the strategy makers as the majority of studies revealed. Those issues are divided into three major divisions:

- Major issues of the age.
- Major issues relating to the case of the State of Kuwait in particular.
- Major issues relating to the special positions of women in Kuwait
