Enhance the economic role of Kuwaiti women in all sectors, including the following objectives:

- Studying the current situation of Kuwaiti women in the workforce in both public and private sectors, suggesting the methods of developing the positive points, and confronting the prevailing problems in this respect.
- Coordinating with the government and private sectors institutions with regard to the methods of enhancing the role of Kuwaiti women in economic development.
- Contributing to studying the local and global economic variables (economic globalization), assessing their impact on the economic role of Kuwaiti women, and proposing the ways of benefiting from the positive changes and avoiding the adverse impacts.
